What will you do as a sales new business manager?

As the first point of contact for our future customers, you actively seek interesting leads and new opportunities. You develop extensive knowledge in marketing, branding, websites, and webshops. By actively probing, you clearly understand the customer's needs and translate these into an initial growth strategy or proposal.

  • Building relationships with new customers
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities
  • Developing sales forecasts and analyses, and sharing these insights with the team for strategic decision-making

Your profile:

  • Experience in new business, sales, or a similar role (junior: 0-2 years of experience, medior: 3-5 years of experience)
  • Driven to enthuse and acquire new customers
  • Confident in your role and able to use your expertise and personal strengths to inspire customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prefer calling over emailing
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus
  • Functions well both in a team and independently
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with a strong drive to exceed set goals
  • Completed HBO or WO education
